4. The industrial computer should be used as the special machine of water cutting machine, the hard disk must have enough space, and install anti-virus software, so as to meet the needs of cutting complex parts.

5. The connecting cables between the electric control box and the cutting platform and the high voltage generator should be protected. It is strictly forbidden to step or squeeze. The cables should be put into the metal trunking.

6. The grid bar should be replaced frequently to affect the cutting accuracy.

7. Oil the drain valve of the water tank frequently to prevent the valve from rusting.

8. The sand storage container should be kept dry. If the water flowing into the sand pipe and tank is caused by backwater, the sand in the sand storage container and pipe must be completely removed, and then dried and filled with new dry sand.

9. After daily work, clean up the site to ensure safe and civilized production.
