Recently, due to the low temperature in winter and rain and snow weather, the temperature is lower than the freezing point. In order to ensure the safety and normal operation of the water cutting machine, prevent your financial loss caused by the low temperature, cold and freezing weather, and ensure your normal production work, we have specially formulated anti freezing and thawing measures for the water cutting machine. The details are as follows:

1. Add heat preservation measures for water cutting machine to prevent water pump, water pipe and waterway from freezing.

2. Drain the water in the temporary unused water cutting pump, and drain the water in the water tank, water pipe and other waterway components.

3. Before stopping using, use the cutting machine to pump non corrosive antifreeze, so that the pump head, high-pressure pipe, high-pressure spray gun and other parts in contact with water pass through the antifreeze to prevent freezing damage.

4. When not using the water cutter, store the water cutter in the room above 0'c to prevent freezing.

5. Since all our equipment has been tested with water before leaving the factory, the pump, high-pressure pipe and waterway parts of the equipment have water, and the above anti freezing measures need to be implemented.

6. If the water cutter is found to be frozen, it is not allowed to start the water cutter, and it is not allowed to thaw it by pouring boiling water or pouring. It can only be thawed with warm water, or the water cutting equipment can be thawed naturally at room temperature.

7. The thawing of high-pressure pipe and high-pressure spray gun shall refer to the thawing measures of water cutting machine.

8. The operation can be started only after the water cutting machine and accessories are completely thawed. The above antifreezing measures must be taken when the water cutting machine is stopped.

9. The freezing of water cutting machine will damage the seal of high pressure pump and reduce the sealing performance. Water cutting machine and its accessories are caused by natural factors, not free maintenance. Please do a good job in protection to avoid losses. Thank you for your cooperation!
