Nine requirements of water jet cutting high pressure pump

Before the installation and trial operation of the water jet high pressure pump, it should meet the following nine requirements:

1、 Site requirements:

1. The ambient temperature range of the equipment workshop is 10 ℃ - 30 ℃, and the relative humidity is 40% - 75% RH.

2. Storage temperature: - 10 ℃ - 50 ℃.

3. The atmospheric pressure is 86kpa-106kpa, the dust concentration in the air shall not be greater than 10mg / m3, and there shall be no acid, salt and corrosive gas.

4. The equipment is far away from the source, heat source, interference source and heat flow, and the vibration in the workshop is below 0.5g (G is gravity acceleration).

5. The material of the ground must be able to bear the weight of the machine, and the thickness must be enough to resist the vibration of the machine.

6. At least 900mm clearance should be reserved on each side of the ultra-high voltage generator for maintenance.

Warning:

1. The supercharger should not be installed in the environment with the temperature below zero. If it is expected that there will be freezing point in the next operation, the water cutter manufacturer will discharge the water in the water pipe and filter on the same day after the equipment works.

2. Do not operate the equipment if the water pipe and valve are frozen. The system must be completely thawed until the water can flow freely in the system.



2、 Power requirements

1. Three phase five wire system, 380V, 50 Hz. A12x2 power supply line shall be 35 mm2 × 3 + 1 × 10 mm2, and another 10 mm2 wire shall be used for grounding. The cable shall enter into the distribution box of EHV generator from the power line inlet hole.

2. There must be good grounding, and the zero line and ground line must be strictly distinguished.

The rated input voltage is 3.5%.

3. Input power frequency is ± 1% of rated frequency.

4. (A12 A12 + B 09A A10) total power capacity: 38KW (380MPa), total power capacity of a12x2: 76kw.

Warning:

1. The power supply and remote control wiring used for EHV generator must comply with local electrical code, local electrical code and national electrical code.

2. The working voltage and ampere capacity must meet the relevant requirements.

3、 Hydraulic oil requirements

The power medium of the ultra-high pressure generator is hydraulic oil. Just like the safe operation and maintenance of the water jet, the correct selection and use of hydraulic oil is the basic guarantee for the normal use of the equipment. Unreasonable application will cause serious damage to equipment and personal injury.

1. Use No.46 anti-wear hydraulic oil or anti-wear hydraulic oil of the same grade. Please use mineral oil series of anti-wear hydraulic oil. The dosage is 100L.

2. Before filling the oil tank, the anti-wear hydraulic oil should be filtered, and the filtering accuracy should not be less than 25 μ M.

4、 Water requirement

1. The supercharger needs two water sources (cooling water and cutting water) and one drainage pipeline (cooling water). All pipelines must comply with relevant local, local and national specifications.

1. Before pipeline connection, all supply pipe fittings shall be thoroughly cleaned to clean the residues that may cause pollution to the system.

2. All joints shall be equipped with manual shut-off valve. For the convenience of maintenance, the installation position of manual shut-off valve should be as close as possible to the interface connector.

5、 The requirements for cutting water include:

1. The imported cutting water flows into the supercharger after being filtered, and the cutting water is pressurized in the supercharger and then sent to the cutting head. Poor water quality will significantly reduce the service life of components, and do not enjoy the Rights promised by the warranty provisions.

2. Cutting water supply must meet the requirements of low water quality.

3. Only PVC pipe, steel pipe or rubber pipe can be used to connect the cutting water source and the ultra-high pressure generator.

4. The inlet water pressure should be kept at least 0.3MPa. If the water pressure of utility is lower than or may be lower than 0.3MPa, a water pump shall be equipped for pressurization.

5. The minimum inlet flow is 15.4 L / min.

6、 The requirements for cooling water include:

1. The inlet cooling water flows through the "oil / water heat exchanger (cooler)" in the hydraulic system to control the temperature rise of the hydraulic oil. The cooling water is then discharged from the cooling water outlet and flows into the drain or into a customer supplied water cooler.

2. Because the gap of the heat exchange plate of the "oil / water heat exchanger (cooler)" is small, the necessary filtration should be adopted for the cooling water, and the filtration accuracy should not be less than 5 μ M. Using softened water cooling can prolong the service life of heat exchanger and enhance the cooling effect.

3. The temperature of cooling water should be controlled below 35 ℃, which can ensure the cooling effect. If the temperature of the cooling water supplied from outside is too high, please provide suitable cooling equipment.

be careful:

1. The flow rate of cooling water should not be less than 6 cubic meters per hour. If this requirement can not be met, the user needs to add an additional pump to increase the flow of cooling water.

2. If the cooling water is circulating system, the total amount of water in the circulating system shall not be less than 3 cubic meters. Below this standard, the temperature of cooling water may rise too fast.

7、 Hydraulic oil requirements

1. Use No.46 anti-wear hydraulic oil or anti-wear hydraulic oil of the same grade. Please use mineral oil series of anti-wear hydraulic oil. The dosage is 100L.

8、 High pressure pipeline requirements

1. The high-pressure pipeline is used to transport the high-pressure cutting water from the ultra-high pressure generator to the cutting head.

2. Before installation, the high-pressure pipe should be cleaned to ensure that it is clean and free of oil and debris. If the high pressure pipe needs to be bent as required, the bending radius shall not be less than 500mm.

3. When installing the high-pressure screw plug, the screw thread on the screw plug should be cleaned first, and there should be no sand and other dirt. After cleaning, the grease specified by our company (Xufeng water knife) should be applied.

9、 Control cable

1. The control cable is used to remotely control the opening and closing of various states of the ultra-high voltage generator, and it is convenient for us to carry out automatic operation through the remote controller.

2. Clean the dirt on the joint before installation to avoid bad contact.

3. After the joint is connected, it can be installed in place by clockwise rotation.

Note that the specifications of connector pins are different. Please watch carefully before connecting. If the connection is wrong, it may cause serious problems such as electrical damage of the ultra-high voltage generator.
