It is worth noting that water cutting has become a new technology of modern processing technology because of its advantages of good quality of cutting seam, non selectivity of cutting materials, no damage to the internal structure of materials, and cold cutting such as special-shaped cutting and three-dimensional surface cutting. Of course, the reliability of ultra-high pressure water cutting material, technology and design requirements make water cutting cost. Nevertheless, the commercial application of water cutting technology is still increasingly popular. beyond all doubt. As a new comprehensive subject, water cutting technology is attracting more and more attention with its high-tech content, forming an international industry.
Then, for the maintenance of the cutting platform, water cutting machine manufacturers should know the following aspects involved.
First of all, it should be noted that:
Non maintenance personnel and non operation personnel are strictly prohibited.
2. The equipment shall not work continuously for more than 24 hours. It is worth noting that illegal operation and long-term non maintenance of equipment are strictly prohibited.
1、 For the maintenance of water knife cutting platform, the maintenance personnel should be diligent in inspection, repair, replacement and maintenance.
1. Frequent inspection
(1) Always check the mechanical transmission part. XYZ three-axis linear guide, ball screw, nut support, etc. whether there are screw loosening, axial movement, radial vibration, synchronous belt loosening, falling off, fracture phenomenon.
(2) It is worth noting that the mechanical connection should be checked frequently. XZ connecting frame, angle support (gantry type), connecting seat (cantilever type), z-axis guide sleeve, drag chain, etc. whether there are screw looseness, walking vibration, scraping and collision.
(3) Always check water, gas and oil circuits for water, gas and oil leakage.
2. Frequent maintenance
(1) The inspection and maintenance before the operation of the automatic sand supply tank of the water knife is essential. Before and after the use of the cutting platform, the faults and suspicious points should be found in time. In addition, after further confirmation, the machine should be shut down for repair immediately to eliminate the fault points. It is not allowed to continue working with the disease.
(2) It is worth noting that if the screw is loose, it should be tightened immediately no matter where it is.
(3) it is found that the synchronous belt is loose. First, one end of the folding cloth is disassembled (the Y shaft needs to be dismantled), then the top wire of the pressing arm is adjusted to make the belt tighten evenly.
(4) If it is found that the slide of the linear guide rail is damaged and the guide rail is tightly held, the slide must be replaced. Take replacing the slide of the gantry Y-axis as an example, the steps are as follows:
a. Remove the decorative plate on the y-axis;
b. Remove the fastening screws on the sliding block and the side support transition frame, manually climb the synchronous pulley to make the gantry beam go out a certain distance to expose the sliding block, and then push the sliding block to one end of the linear guide rail to remove it and replace it with a new one. Replace the slider at the other end in the same way.
c. It is worth noting that each linear guide is equipped with a pair of sliders, which must be replaced at the same time. The reason is very simple, keeping the sliders at the same height.
D push the new slider into the side support transition frame, align the hole distance, screw on the fastening screw between the slider and the side support transition frame, and then install the decorative plate.
(5) If you find that the sink is leaking, it depends on the part where the leak is in the water trough. If it is in the lower part of the sink, you have to remove the water and silt, remove the corrosion of the leak, and weld it with an electric welding machine. It is worth noting that if the high-pressure pipe leaks, it can not be welded, but must be replaced with a new high-pressure pipe. Please do not operate under pressure!
(6) If the cable is found to be broken, find out the reason according to the electrical drawing and replace it with a new one.
(7) It is found that the oil injection path is not smooth. It is necessary to find out whether the oil injection point, oil path, throttle distributor, etc. are blocked. Remove oil dirt to make it smooth.
3. Frequent replacement
The common parts should be replaced as soon as possible, such as the damage of the water bar and water bar.
